Apply 3-4 drops of Elixir to your face and neck using the Zone Face Lift moves.

Diaphragm Facial Reflexology point - helps to reduce stress and slow your breathing. Using your index or middle fingers press using a slight upwards pressure underneath the cheekbone from the centre of face outwards towards the ears.

Eye Lift - Squeeze gently along your eyebrows starting at the centre and moving outwards. Keep this slow and gentle.

Third Eye Chakra (Head Reflexology point) - Gently using the pad of your index finger make a circle in the centre of your forehead. This is both calming and energising and helps open your creativity and calm your central nervous system. As a result the forehead can look smoother.
